UN to approve sanctions on North Korea

United States: The United Nations Security Council is expected to approve tough new sanctions against North Korea today.
The draft resolution will impose new sanctions on the reclusive communist nation's weapons exports and financial dealings, and allow inspections of suspect cargo in ports and on the high seas.

Mexico: Gunmen killed a policeman and a 15-year-old boy when they opened fire and hurled a grenade at a crowded taco stall in Uruapan.
