Hezbollah open to talks with the UK

HEZBOLLAH officials last night said they would welcome talks with Britain, but rejected what they said were British demands for the contacts to take place secretly.
The Foreign Office said on Thursday that it had contacted Hezbollah's political wing, but yesterday denied it had pursued secret talks.
