THE BBC has reported that some bridal shops are introducing a charge for trying on wedding dresses, to deter women who have no intention of buying.
Now, it may be that these shops wish to stop the canny brides who are road-testing the expensive designs before running up a copy on the sewing machine at home. Or maybe the offenders are the Bridezillas, obsessives who test dress after dress before ...
