Kenyans are told to start talking

KOFI Annan, the former UN secretary-general, told Kenya's feuding parties yesterday that they must begin talks in good faith and respect the rule of law.
"We expect all parties to enter into dialogue," Mr Annan told reporters after arriving in Nairobi.
