A COUNCIL is set to deploy concealed spy cameras in the fight against vandals, fly tippers and antisocial behaviour.
Two cameras, which can be disguised as everyday objects, form part of a £230,000 investment in new CCTV systems by Moray Council.

They are understood to be similar to those allegedly used by MI6 in Moscow. The council said the cameras would be used after the police granted permission.
