Obama plea for Clinton's debt

BARACK OBAMA last night asked his finance team to help Hillary Clinton pay off a debt of at least £5 million from her failed presidential campaign, setting the stage for joint appearances by the two former rivals later this week.
In a teleconference with his top fundraisers yesterday afternoon, Obama asked them to do what they could to help Clinton. A campaign spokesman later confirmed Obama asked them to help the former first lady.
