Superbug vaccines 'in 10 years'

VACCINES against two hospital superbugs will be available within a decade, the chief medical officer for England predicted today.
Professor Sir Liam Donaldson said immunising patients against MRSA and Clostridium difficile would be a "big breakthrough", although he added that infection control measures would still need to be in place.
