Mental health 'lottery' in prison

PRISONERS are not getting the mental health service they need and face a postcode lottery for funding, according to a report today from the Sainsbury Centre for Mental Health.
Only £300 per prisoner is spent on mental health each year – just a third of the sum spent on people with mental health problems in the community.
