£350m a year on vitamins

BRITONS spend more than £350 million each year on vitamins and other dietary supplements.
Three-quarters admitted adding extras to their diets in an effort to stay healthy, but more than half took supplements without knowing the benefits.

Just remember to 'Add' the old, 'Folic Acid' to your diet!

Its NOT only for Pregnant Women you know!

And will help you stop, 'loosing your marbles' :)

Not much hope for Boy Wonder though!, he lost his years ago, and is still trying to find them through me!

Folic acid is a vitamin....and is in most multivitamins - however best to get from natural sources - green leafy veg
