Harper hails gas guzzler permits

LOTHIANS Green MSP Robin Harper has tabled a motion in the Scottish Parliament backing the city council's controversial plans for higher parking charges for gas-guzzling cars.
Mr Harper welcomes the three-to-one public support for the proposals, which would see a permit for the most polluting vehicles double to £320 a year.

He was educated at St Marylebone Grammar School London.
Harper is a patron of many organisations including LGBT Youth Scotland, an organisation dedicated to the inclusion of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender.
That’s your man.
