'Salmon summit' plea after job losses

WESTERN Isles Council is backing calls for a "salmon summit" to discuss problems facing the industry, after Lighthouse Caledonia, the islands' biggest private employer, shed 130 processing jobs at its Stornoway factory.
Angus Campbell, the council leader, said: "We need some radical thinking and action."
