THE organisation in charge of the country's woodland has been brought in to improve the nation's health.
The Scottish Government has called on the Forestry Commission to work on a range of projects.

These include making hospital grounds greener, encouraging people from ethnic minorities to improve their own health by walking in the countryside, and promoting natural play for children.

Holyrood officials think that by making the outdoors more appealing, more people will get out and about.
