IT IS already the fastest selling video game of all time, and now reports suggest that Grand Theft Auto IV could soon become the best-selling game in history.
The ultra-violent game, created by Edinburgh-based company Rockstar North, has taken the gaming world by storm since its release last month, selling more than 3.6 million copies in its first day of release to claim the Guinness world record of fastest selling video game ever.

Since then its sales have climbed to 8.5m units worldwide, and analysts are suggesting its total sales could reach 15m units.

@ comment 1.

Think of the children etc everyone says this is a disgrace kids playing this and so on.....

Its a bloody adult game marked 18+ the same cert as movies get so why do people not complain when an ultra violent film "based on real life violence" comes out
it just annoys me how so many criticize saying how unsuitable for minors it is, of course it is its for adults wake up the issue ain't the game its the parents who allow then to play it then plead IGNORANCE saying i thought it was a fluffy bunny game yeah right if your kid picked up child's play 3 instead of the tellytubbies you would notice.
