A CARGO ship has run into the sunken Tricolor, the vessel that went down in the English Channel taking with it luxury cars worth £30 million .
The 3000-tonne Dutch Antilles-registered ship Nicola struck the Norwegian vessel, which sank off Dunkirk on Saturday after colliding with another vessel in fog. Sources said she was stuck fast on top of the wreck and would have to wait for the next tide to float off.

Salvage teams are waiting to recover the 2862 cars which were on board the Tricolor.
