ABERDEEN City Council yesterday agreed to give a £5 million bridging loan to a construction consortium.
The group was behind the authority's ambitious school building scheme, thrown into chaos last month after it was revealed the £120 million project was being fully funded by a collapsed Icelandic bank.

Just gets worse for this calamity cooncil. Just where are they getting £5m from to lend for this project???
