FOUR flats in a Leith tenement block have fallen foul of city planners for the type of windows they have installed.
Owners of the flats at 12 Kirk Street are all set to be issued with enforcement notices by the city council for installing UPVC double glazed windows which is contrary to the rules of the Leith conservation area which only allows for the original sash style windows.
