Botanics event is quite simply tree-mendous

THE life of trees will be the subject of a special event being held at the Royal Botanic Gardens this weekend.

The session, which takes place on Sunday from 3pm to 5pm, will focus on how trees work and why they are so important.

The event is suitable for all ages and those taking part will also be able to have a go at making a model of a tree using assorted recycled material.
