£237,000 pay-out to ex-Hearts chief

THE former Hearts chief executive Chris Robinson has won £237,698 damages at the Court of Session after being given inadequate advice by a "star-struck" financial planning manager.
Mr Robinson said Graeme Lind failed to tell him about a penalty clause when discussing a £1 million investment in 2000.
