X FACTOR winner Leon Jackson will be on home turf to help promote his new single.
The Whitburn wonder will call into the Almondvale Shopping Centre in Livingston on Monday to meet fans and launch his latest single, Don't Call This Love, as it hits the shelves of the HMV store.

The appearance follows his return to the X Factor on Saturday to promote the new single, which is taken from his upcoming album Right Now, due for release on Monday, October 20.

Wristbands giving visitors access to the exclusive signing session will be available on a first-come-first-served basis and can be collected on the day from the HMV store opening at 8am.

The star now lives in London and has enjoyed some life-changing achievements since his last appearance at the shopping centre.

Oh you mean the guy who wanted fame and couldn't be bothered to turn up for last years hogmanay concert saying he had a sore throat when in fact he apparently had a hangover.

He's not a match on Leona Lewis or other winners. He will disappear as quick as he appeared.

I will avoid Livingston on Monday! It will be Leon who shortly - I hope!

He'll be an expert on love now that he's found his 15 minutes of fame. If he was appearing outside my home for free. I'd draw the curtains and stick my fingers in my lugs. Another talentless pretty boy who has turned his back on the bright lights of Whitburn. X Factor more like Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz factor.

#1 why just on Monday? Why not just avoid - full stop!

#s 1 and 2 - what a couple of soor faced whingers. What is it, jealous? A bit sad really.

I wish him luck and hope his fame makes him happy. Hopefully he'll stay grounded and have a good life.

#2 Smasher: How sorry would you be if you missed Cheryl Cole ringing your doorbell looking for a balanced critique on clothing salesmen in the music industry because of your strange behaviour?

In at least one way Leon is more accomplished than the late Elvis Presley. He manages not to use the toilet whilst eating.

#3 - I was being kind to him but if you want it bluntly - avoid at all costs which I will that's for sure.

#3 - I and #2 are not whingers - telling it as it is. it is a fact not be ignored. As for jealousy - is that a joke???? Gee whiz! he would be bottom of my list if I wanted to be jealous of anyone.

I notice you make no comment to his appauling pull out of hogmanay concert. If you had been given the chance for stardom you would not have thrown that chance away. He preferred a hangover! Waht a slap in the face to all the others who were in the show and probably would have made more of the chance.

So let facts come to the fore instead of reacting to sympathy vote that gave him the win.

We went to HMV last night - we did not have wrist bands as we arrived at 5.45pm, but we watched him sign for 20mins. That was good enough, but my 6 year old Lauren-lily was crying as we left as she did not get to get in HMV, to talk to him or get his new song. The guy on the door could have let us in there was only a handful of us outside at the time, but I suppose it has to end sometime. Common leon!!!!!!!!!!! Last year he was the Star on the top of our Christmas Tree!
