ARNOLD Schwarzenegger was sworn in for a second term as governor of California yesterday declaring himself a "centrist" beholden to no party.
The governor, who broke his leg skiing, delivered his speech in Sacramento on crutches.

A "centrist" is he? Unbeholden to the millions of Republicans who voted for him? I hope Californians are continuing to enjoy the billions of dollars in debt related to the 'energy crisis' cooked up by the men that he--and his Democratic predecessor-- are beholden to.... And, I bet that Brits have the same forgive and forget attitude about the huge price increases for electricity that accompanied the American invasion of the UK markets.
