A CIVIL damages action, in which the convicted murderer Nat Fraser is being sued by his former business partner, was continued yesterday at Elgin Sheriff Court until 18 January for a possible settlement in the case.
Fraser, who was convicted in 2003 of murdering his wife Arlene, is being sued for more than £125,000 by Ian "Pedro" Taylor, with whom he once ran a fruit and vegetable business in Moray.
