A WALL built to keep out vandals from a school is too low to make a difference, locals have said.
After campaigning for some time from the local community council, the local authority built a barrier at Pirniehall/St David's School in West Pilton.

However, a spokesman for West Granton/West Pilton Community Council said: "Following concerns raised by the community council a barrier was erected. However, it is too low to be really effective."

Neds will still climb over a three-metre fence or gate if there is anything to give a foothold.

Do what some places do in the USA - cover the fences with black grease. Anyone trying to climb over gets covered in water-resistant ink/grease that is hard or impossible to remove.

Put up an electrified fence on top of the wall. That should sort the little darlings!!!!!!
