Militants launch new attack on Shell oil

NIGERIAN militants yesterday said they had launched their third attack on Royal Dutch Shell since President Umaru Yar'Adua made an amnesty offer, and threatened to intensify their sabotage effort.
The attack on a Shell oil well head dashed hopes the offer would buy a period of calm.

These guys are always attacking the oil refinery. It's a wonder people aren't killed.
